What if my referral's first deal doesn't close?
Your referral tracking doesn't expire with one deal. If the first submission doesn't close, we keep tracking every future submission from that referral — whether they use your link again or not — and you're paid your percentage on their first deal that closes and funds.
What kinds of deals do you accept?
We handle both cash and creative deals, including Subject-To, Seller Finance, and Novations. If it fits our dispo criteria, it counts — refer it.
Where do you operate?
